Good Noon..
Please guide me on the due date for making the application for obtaining the certificate of registratin under professional tax - gujarat.
In the rules, time limit is within 60 days from the commencement of profession, trade, callin or employment.
The question is, what is the date of commencement of business in case a private limited company? from which date the calculation of 60 days should start?

60 days is calculated from the date of accrual of liability... when your liability is due, so it means the first salary...
