I want to do some another course also which is parallel to or higher than CA.(other than ICWA and CS). Will u pls help me?? m bit confused bout what to do. I have completed my 10th unfortunately I haven't got good marks in that. but in 12th I have secured 67% marks. and right now I am doing B.Com(Hons) from Patna university from correspondence.

And also I am doing 14 months certification course called certified financial executive (WWW.icfe.in)

we are the auth. distributor of aircel ltd and aircel ltd has asked to keep merchandisers on their behalf and aircel will pay their salary on monthly basis.

we have subdealer of aircel ltd. and aircel asked to keep a merchandiser on the behalf of the company to subdealer.
now the my querry is that should deduct tds while paying salary to subdealer against merchandiser as we firslty receive the whole salary of all merchandisers from aircel ltd.
