I m going to ragister shop & establishment licence (Gumasta Licence)
"A" and "B" wants to do business in one shop.
Shop is owned by "A". shall they register for Shop & Establishment licence in one shop.

Now a days it`s a common practice for buying various packed softwares for accounting and taxation, being renewed year after year.

Under which head of accounting it comes.
almost all softwares having validity for a year.

How to treat the same in accounting.

2)Whether Tax cunsultant can raise bill?
3)How can C.A. raise bills on the clints of Tax Consultant?

I want to know whether i can do CA and CS together and how can i do.

Now in november i will be writting my exams of IPCC. I'm not able to do anything for my studies as i'm working in a private office. They permit me to attend my Coaching class, but also i'm not confident about my preparation. But I want to achieve something so that i could provide my parents a riskless like hence forth atleast?

How about CS if i could finish it off as soon as possible and do something. Its already late for me. As i've finished my B.Com before 7 yrs?

I am going to give exam of first group of IPCC in November-10. I wanted to ask that is it compulsory to go for IIT & Orientation programme before exam as I m giving the exam of 1 group only. Can i do that after exam of 1 group?
