Does any body know the procedure for changing the name or adding the surname to the name of a person. Please tell me It is urgent.

23 June 2010 1) to to the notery public......
2) execute documentation there on stamp paper.....
3) then go to any news paper agent for publication in the newspaper..... along with the document from notery.....
after publication in the news paper take the news paper cutting for reference....
4) Use there documents for changing the name in your documents......
your name has changed
