Hi,

I registered with C.S Institute in Jan'08 and cleared my executive programme in Dec'08. After that i converted to Professional programme , now i cleared my prof.prog in jun'10 exams. What are the things i should complete before applying for C.S membership? I registered as student with ICSI institute before sep'09 ,(students registered before sep'09 need not required to undergo new training programme as specified by ICSI) my doubt whether i have to undergo articleship and other programmes of C.S institute before applying for C.S memebership?

Myself Krishna Nand Giri raised some bills to Indus towers Ltd. for electrical works. They deducted 2% tds and 2 % WCT on full invoice value. Please tell me how can i claim wct amount which is deducted by Indus.
