I wanted to know that whether probation employee should be liable for all the facility ( PF, ESIC ) which are provided to regular staff?

Yes, the employee on probation is ELIGIBLE. Only the employee on training period is not eligible.

yes. probation employees also covered under all facility, only the Trainees, Apprentice cover under Apprentices act,1961 exempted from this
