Requirement of PAN

whether it is required to have PAN from an employee by the employer even if the Salary is only Rs. 50000/- i.e. below taxable????

otherwise TDS @ 20% will be applicable????

Please reply as soon as possible...........

is tds is applicable on purchases.limit crossed is Rs 40000,tds will apply on the after knowing that it is contract or even if it is not a contract it will aply

Whether can I file a suit against State Govt. for nonpayment of AUDIT FEES for 2008-09 in spite of lot of telephone and reminder letter? All the reports etc. have already submitted together with our professional Bill.
