I would like to share one of my problem. I had been working with a company since last 8-9 years. Due to this deadly COVID i became workless. Being at home for almost 6 months i joined a new company on a salary of only 50% which i was getting earlier. Due to my own financial problem, i had no choice and i joined here. After joining they asked me to sign an agreement for 2 years employment. Ab marta kya nahi karta, i signed the same, it was on 10 rupees stamp paper. Please advise, can a company make a senior worker who has working experience of almost 20 years of experience as like SLAVE OR BANDHUA MAJDOOR.

Dear Sir, I have got notice relating to ITC mismatch between 2A VS GSTR3B for 3 years. I have all invoice and also payment statements. But Dept insist that ITC have to be reversed with interest because not reflected GSTR2A . Dept said If u do not agree to pay then take Appeal option . I have taken all ITC as per Law . What to do ??

AS PER ICAI GUIDELINES, IF WE WANT TO MERGE 2 CA FIRMS THAN MERGER AGREEMENT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO ICAI WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF AGREEMENT SO THAT INSTITUTE WILL FREEZE THE NAMES.
MY QUERY IS THAT IF WE SUBMIT THE FORM E AFTER 30 DAYS WILL IT IS ACCEPTABLE BY THE ICAI OR IS THEE ANY PROVISION OF LATE SUBMISSION OF FORM SO THAT AFTER PAYING THE REQUIRED LATE FEES THE INSTITUTE WILL ACCEPT FORM OF MERGER.

Our challan period for March 2018 is updated on 01.03.2021 by PT dept. Now can I file revised return for the same period without late fee? We already filed Nil PT Return for March 2018. So please anybody has idea what to do? Under which section Revised return can file?

I am applying for EPFO ESIC registration through Unified Shram Suvidha portal. I am trying to submit registration form since 2 weeks. The problem is draft form is not showing in my account. Rarely i could see that form. Please guide me or suggest me any other option to get PF and ESIC regitration.
