A DELHI NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED WHICH TAN IS DELA14497A I Revise TDS Return only for correction in PAN NO. but due to changes in serial no Our Revise TDS Return Rejected by NSDL Now when Again I try to Revise my Return File they don't deposited it and said to us that this is already input File Please give me suggestion how to I Revise my TDS Return

We make payment of gratuity to employees but we are not registered under trust for gratuity with LIc or any other.

We intend to start export with central excise sealing at our jharsuguda unit & port of loading will be kolkatta.

For this we will pick up empty containers from kolkatta & stuff the same at our factoyr premises.

So, pl. suggest is there any requirment of waybills at the time of export.

as i understand, since he is my 'relative' as per the definition, he is not liable to pay income tax.

If I have any complaint that someone is violating so many Laws and Regulations in India openly like Income Tax Law, Service Tax Law, CA Act, Indian Constitution, Indian Penal Code and the principles of natural justice, and if I, in my capacity of an independent citizen of India wish to inform the same to the CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, CBDT and SERVICE TAX DEPARTMENT OF INDIA by way of a letter signed by me, then my query is on which adddresses I should address this letter. I will remain heartedly thankful if you can give me the complete addresses where I can post letters for the said matter.
