Can any one give me the effective date of issuing C Forms to suppliers on quarterly basis?? From when the C Forms are to be issued on quarterly basis to the suppliers?? Please answer with some source or reference.

As per the norms form must be issued before filing of quarterly return. But there is no such guidlines. Its vary state to state.
