We make payment of gratuity to employees but we are not registered under trust for gratuity with LIc or any other.
Is it mandatory to register our organisation for GRatuity.

No It is not required to form a trust for the purpose of paymentof Grartity. If a Company has not formed Trust, Company has tp pay from his Bank Account when the employee retires.
