Hi all......please advise how to prepare for Indirect Tax(Final) last two attempts I have done well can't able to score good marks. There is deffinately some mistake in my part may be in presentation or in any other ground...please advise.....

I think you are lacking in concept of various section. My advise is :
You join tax mangementcircle, and read various case laws. It will give you idea , how to interperate the various sections.
After that you solve various practical problems.
