Hi ,

Need a help on understanding the procedures for importing products from China. Are there any registrations to be done with any Government departments?

Also we are looking at importing initially USB Sticks , Anti Slip Mats (one that is kept on car dashboards to prevent things from slipping) and solar chargers for charging mobiles and also Chinese mobile phones . Can an expert help me out with the Import Duty rate , the Customs Duty , Countervailing duty or other charges applicable on the above articles.

What is IIRR?

We ahve a partnership firm , with two partner.It is a registered firm..

One partner avoid coimng to work..Not doing any of the usiness activities...

Other parner is forced to perform alone...

Bank account blocked by the inactive aprtner, after depositing an advance amount received from a customer. Wrote Dissolution letter to banker.Not willing to sign any of the cheques.Writing mails to customer to STOP all the business activities with the firm.

He is demanding the active parner parner
for a huge sum of money to retire himself from business.

Active parner executes all the agreed work orders received from customer , by borrowing money from outside source.
Without any income / withdrawal from the bank account..
In -active partner delaying to agree for settlement as he wishes to take profit share in all the work being conducted by the other partner, WITHOUT CONTRIBUTING ANYTHING...

Now.,..
What can the other active partner do , in order to secure business from the other..
Should he agree to the black mail of the other..?

Activve partner is the one who has created ALL THE BUSINESS , THRU WHICH HE HAS MET THE BANK LOAN BORROWED BY THE FIRM.

Pls suggest the active parner how to proceed now..

which is better for a gud future in CA course?
passing single or both groups of ipcc in first attempt. i believe i can pass both at a time. but some discourage me to do so. i am really confused!

Is completing CA in first attempt is really difficult....should we read day and night for tat or else if we read normally we can finish it....pls advice me..

i am radheshyam,i finished my 12th,now i am planning to do ca and b,com in correspondence,,,but al r saying tat ca is very difficult to pass in first attempt,,, and moreover i am only a average studying student,,,i am going to tak the cpt exam in tis december,,,,if wat i do i can pass ca til final witout keeping arears,,,pls give me advice....
