I have done my MBA Finance and am getting an opportunity to work as an analyst in Transfer Pricing. But it is not in the Big 4's its a small consulting firm. Does it matter if I do take up the offer considering the fact that the firm is not very old.

I have a query.

my client has a Technical collaboration agreement with a Japan based company for which the client has taken FIBP approval for payment of higher royalty as prescribed in the act.

Client company decided to pay 10% royalty to the collaborator, but due to insufficient profits it couldn't pay any royalty to them till date.

My question is:
1. Is there any penalty for non payment of Royalty; and
2. If the client company wants to reduce the Royalty to 7%, can it do so and how.

Pls provide your valuable suggestion.

I am working for IT MNC Co as a permanent employee.
I put the paper. My 3 months notice period ends on Aug 2011
From 2007 to Aug 2011
Thus total working period 4.6 yrs

1. Am I eligible for gratuity for 4.6 yrs?
2. If my company relives me before Aug 2011- which may affect my eligibility period for getting gratuity, shall I take this issue to legal authority?
