I am working for IT MNC Co as a permanent employee. I put the paper. My 3 months notice period ends on Aug 2011 From 2007 to Aug 2011 Thus total working period 4.6 yrs
1. Am I eligible for gratuity for 4.6 yrs? 2. If my company relives me before Aug 2011- which may affect my eligibility period for getting gratuity, shall I take this issue to legal authority?
