PLZ SUGGEST ME, HOW TO PREPARE MODULE -II & MODULE - III OF CS PROFESSIONAL.

AND ALSO SUGGEST REFERENCE BOOKS FOR IT

20 May 2011 In module II there is two subject : Forex and Corporate Restructuring, in Forex you mainly concentrate on the chapter as per the mark division and first complete as much as possible and if completed than try for the complete books and in Corporate restructuring just try to make yourself understand and write in your language in exam.
In module III there is strategic Management and Tax laws. Strategic Management you can write as per the division of marks shown in the first page and for Tax you must have wide knowledge for Indirect Tax it will be better to refer Book of "Bangar and Bangar".
