Career in Transfer pricing

I have done my MBA Finance and am getting an opportunity to work as an analyst in Transfer Pricing. But it is not in the Big 4's its a small consulting firm. Does it matter if I do take up the offer considering the fact that the firm is not very old.

I personally believe tht u got a wonderful oppurtunity to work in grwoing area so go ahead if u r interested in this field.
