1.We have got enrolment certificate in the month of Oct 2010, but we started paying the professional tax from may 2011 onwards. Any penalty will be imposed?

2.Can you please provide me the payment date of professional tax? is there any month in which we need to pay on 31st of the same month?

Mr A karta of an HUF expired and Mr B his major son intends to be the karta of the HUF. However the bank is not accepting the same and wants to close down the account. Is there any remedy? Kindly provide supporting case laws for the same at the earliest. Bank insist on supporting basis.

I have passed my CA IPCC group 1 this may 2011.

I would like to know, the last date of entering articleship ,so that after 2.5 years, my final attempt need not be postponed to the next six months, as it is well known fact that ,we are eligible for it after the stipulated period.
