i tried fillin my examination form of ipcc nov 2011 online,i gt a msg of my id & password but i unknowingly deleted.
i am trying to get the password but to no extent m gettin it,evn after trying the online support from the option 'forgot/did not get password' from icai.org.
plz guide me,the calls are unanswered by the respected num gvn by the institute.

I had just started practice before 2 months with my other 2 friends. I want to know that how to em-panel our firm in various banks for concurrent audits, and how we can get the work from various departments. Are we eligible for doing concurrent audit of banks and other assignment of govt departments.

I just want to ask one thing that a CA who has cleared his final can become an Insurance agent if he does not want to do practise?
And if yes are there any requirements which we have to submit or declare to the ICAI?

CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO CALCULATE DEPRECIATION ON FIXED ASSETS. DEPRECIATION HAS TO CALCULATE ACCORDING TO COMPANIES ACT OR INCOME TAX ACT. IN AUDITORS FINAL BALANCE WHICH DEPRECIATION TABLE HAS TO SHOW COMPANIES ACT OR INCOME TAX ACT.

FOR EXAMPLE I PURCHASED CAR FOR RS.10,00,000 IN THE YEAR 2006 IST JULY. I SOLD ON 13TH FEB 2011. HOW TO CALCULATE DEPRECIATION BETWEEN THESE PERIOD. IF CAR TAKEN ON LOAN IS THERE ANY CHANGE IN CALCULATION OF DEPRECIATION. KINDLY GIVE SOLUTION.

Recently we have started Charitable Trust in Bangalore with Trust deed. we would like to Register under section 12 A (a) of the Income Tax Act 1961. kindly clarify the followings.

1) List of documents required for 12 A (a) Certificate Approval, where to submit along with contact details at Bangalore.

2)List of documents required for 80G Certificate Approval, where to submit, along with contact details at Bangalore.

3)From the web site i come to know that, to approve 80G we have to submit Charity Commissioner Certificate. kindly let me know where i have to apply to this certificate and all other details regarding this.
