25 August 2011 anybody who is in kowledge and wishes to do can claim the same to the institute.. Te complaint can be done in writing or thru email as well..

25 August 2011 u can write to the zonal office of the institute, i.e. N.I.R.C., W.I.R.C., S.I.R.C., E.I.R.C.... against whom do u want to do?? there is no requirement to disclose your identity in the communication u r sending..
