my residential address is changed. what is the procedure for change of address at CA Institute as i am a CA Final Student registered with ICAI

can one take transfer in the first year of articleship? i have completed 4 months of articleship and now i want to take transfer cause i am not satisfied with the firm. but employer is not ready to give me transfer as he says it is his firms policy not to give transfer. so what do i do?
as per icai transfer in the first year is allowed right?
