02 January 2012 Dear Experts,

I am going to start a restaurant business.I have already incorporated a Company at my residential address.Now I have identified the place where I am going to operate from.My query is do I need to transfer the address of the registered office to this new address?I need to apply for Gumasta License and VAT/CST registration.If I don't change the address,do I apply for registration at the address of the restaurant or at the address of the registered office?Thanks in advance.

02 January 2012 First of all,If you have to decided from where restaurant business will be operated?
For this you have to change address form old to new.

Furthermore,you have to apply for Gumasta Certificate and apply for registration under VAT/CST..
