I want to know that if a person wants to make a will of his property mostly including Gold and Silver Jewelry than how he should value those jewelry if he does not have any bills related to that.
I mean to say that how we have to calculate the price as on 01.04.1981 of the ornaments at rates mentioned in Index or it can be increased by half a percent to cover making charges
