Dissolving a partnership to proprietorship

22 January 2012 my friend a me entered into partnerhip by converting my existing proprietorship firm of manpower services,we took some licences, now i want to dissolve this partnership and convert back to proprietorship.can it be done, how? can i rightfully use licences,pf,esi codes granted during partnership?

Partnership Firm and Partner of Firm both

are different entity and have different

Pan No.

So you cannot rightfully such licences

like PF Number, Service Tax No ESI codes etc.
