: input vat credit disallowed..
Hello Sir, we required judgements copies or any proofs,where input vat credit is allowed by the high court of gujarat. vat dept disallowing the input credit,as suppliers registration is cancelled,and they think they were into bogus billing. We had vat returns,which our supplier filed,and we can see our companies name in that. can you help us,providing any case laws and judgement copy? rgds Devarsh Sheth -

Hi Umesh I have few queries regarding HUF account after my father demise. My father had a HUF Savings account where he was Karta. Now: 1) How changes in PAN card canbe done to update Karta as my name. I understand HUF name willremain same as "My Father Name(HUF)" 2) What all documents I need to submit to Bank to update my name as Karta. Thanks R.Kumar
