i am facing a problem in DSC registration from last week the msg shown in site is "digital signature verification failed or your ca is not trusted.

Please solve my problem.

Goods have been exported with the intention of sale. Some remittance has been received.

Now, the parties agree to cancel the export sale and retain the payments received as penalty for cancellation.

Under FEMA:
1) What are the implications for these remittances received?
2) What are the regulations on bringing such inventory back to India?

For calculation of Capital Gains what is considered; Sale Agreement or registered Sale deed?
In case the amount of the Sale Agreement (actual sale consideration) is higher than registered Sale deed (As per govt valuations) and registered Sale deed being used to calculate the capital gains tax, how is the remaining amount to be accounted?

My company is involved with Agri commodities selling. I intend to transfer agri commodity (RMSeed) from Kasganj, U.P to Alwar Rajashtan warehouse from where sale would happen after 1 month.
This warehouse comes under NCDEX so, whenever the contract settle on exchange, it gives us Buyer detail on the name of which we will raise Tax invoice.

But as per my lawyer in UP, we can not transfer goods from UP to Rajashtan warehouse until its sale.

Please guide me on what to do on this case.

me did not mention in my pcc registration form about b.com and did not file form no. 112 because me was register before 1 April 2010 so this is not applicable on me .at this time i had done my ca and i am going to file form no.2 for membership number so can i show my b,com degree with form no.2 . i had done b.com by correspondence and this was started before my article ship and before 1st apr 2010. so please guide me that applicability of form no.112 before 1st apr 2010

My query is i got registered for cpt in 31-3-2009 & had given examz 2 times ie june 2009 attempt & dec 2009 attempt ... due to some reason i had to left exam . Now i want to give cpt june attept 2012. Is their need to re-registration or not ???
