Transfer of goods from up to rajashtan state

26 February 2012 Hello,

My company is involved with Agri commodities selling. I intend to transfer agri commodity (RMSeed) from Kasganj, U.P to Alwar Rajashtan warehouse from where sale would happen after 1 month.
This warehouse comes under NCDEX so, whenever the contract settle on exchange, it gives us Buyer detail on the name of which we will raise Tax invoice.

But as per my lawyer in UP, we can not transfer goods from UP to Rajashtan warehouse until its sale.

Please guide me on what to do on this case.

04 April 2012 You just show the transfer from one office to the other office by using H form or any other form as prescribed by UP Govt. it can be done and no tax is applicable
