25 February 2012 Dear Sir,
My query is i got registered for cpt in 31-3-2009 & had given examz 2 times ie june 2009 attempt & dec 2009 attempt ... due to some reason i had to left exam . Now i want to give cpt june attept 2012. Is their need to re-registration or not ???

You can appear in exam in June 2012 attempt but ensure that your registration should not be expire.

26 February 2012 as per my information once u register with ICAI ur registration is valid for 4 yrs.

so u dn't have to register again.
u simply fill the online form and give exam
best of luck in advance from my side.
