26 February 2012 me did not mention in my pcc registration form about b.com and did not file form no. 112 because me was register before 1 April 2010 so this is not applicable on me .at this time i had done my ca and i am going to file form no.2 for membership number so can i show my b,com degree with form no.2 . i had done b.com by correspondence and this was started before my article ship and before 1st apr 2010. so please guide me that applicability of form no.112 before 1st apr 2010

26 February 2012 Disclose in form 2 about your b.com and wait and see what is the response from the ICAI. In my senior case it leaved penalty of Rs.1000 for not disclosing of his M.com in correspondence even-though he joined after completion of Articleship however its over more than 3 years. So fill the form with disclosing of your degree if it feels mistake by you if leaves penalty only but no problem to your membership. Good luck to you.
