is there any Professional Tax on organisations(like Company's,firms etc)in Karnataka then How much?

we, HO in Mumbai,have a project in Tamilnadu but not have Reg No there.we have to transfer Returnable Project materials to the site. Can we transfer it directly through the VAT no of Client, or necessary to get the TN VAT No for us? and is there any way bill with DC?

I have cleared my final CA in may 2012 and i have joined Godrej Infotech Ltd. I would like to know how many cpe hours i need to complete for the year ending 2012 and 2013. I have heard that we get exemption for the first year after becoming CA but also we need to complete some 45 hours in a span of 3 years and the span of 3 years gets completed in 2013. So according to what i have understood i need to complete almost 45 cpe hours before 2013 ends.

At the time of my father retirement (1999)PF Authorities retain Rs 50,000.00 .He only get monthly pension of Rs 538.00 .Now he met a serious accident and lying in bed. How he is age is 71 years.
if Their is any way to get back old 50,000.00 retain by pf authorities .
