06 December 2012 we, HO in Mumbai,have a project in Tamilnadu but not have Reg No there.we have to transfer Returnable Project materials to the site. Can we transfer it directly through the VAT no of Client, or necessary to get the TN VAT No for us? and is there any way bill with DC?
