Can the Fixed Deposites got opened under NRO A/c. be repatriated back to outside india? As far as I know it can not. Yes, i want to confirm.

My bank is providing finance to a indian company for investing in equity of a company located in saudi arabi. Is there any way through which shares of the saudi company can be pledged or can i create any charge on the assets of the saudi company in favour of the bank.
In other ways how can i get a secuirty of the saudi company to the extent of my loan

Presently i have taken the corporate guarantee of the borrower company and extension of charge on the assets of the borrower.

My company is a manufecturing co. and we have railway siding for within the factory for transportation raw material as well as finished goods.For that purpose co. owns a Diesel Loco for moving railways rake within the factory compound. For repair of that loco we procured some stores items fron inter state sale. Can we issue "C" form to party. Although we are registered dealer but that loco is not directlty linked with manufecturing activity. Pl guide

I have to Pay gratuaty to some of my staff. One Mrs. Geeta completed 16 years & retiring form service after attaining the supper annuation period on Aug' 08. And also I want to pay the gratuity to those staff who is still working & completed nearly 15 plus years of service and will continue another 10 Yrs.
