I have started my practise as proprietorship.

I want to empanell for Statutory Bank Branch Audit,

Should i eligible for that? if yes, What is the procedure for the empanellment?

I joined an organization (say A and PF account maintained by RPFC, Pune) in 1999. I resigned and joined another organization (say B) in June 2005. I have twice given a request to transfer my PF funds but no action has been taken as yet. If I now decide to close the PF account associated with organization A and withdraw the money, will I still get interest for the period, June 2005 until now?

Iam a CWA(Final)Student. Will i get Exemption in CA inter & CA Final after Qualifing CWA.

I am a May 2008 CA Pass out student and i score 58% marks in Final year. Now i am planing for further Study of IAS but get confused whther this is the right path for a CA or not?

I am a CA not having COP. I have not completed 10 CPE credit hours in the calendar year 2008. I want to know the consequenses of the same. Also can I square off the position by having extra CPE Credit Hours in calendar year 2009?
