Dear Experts, i want to start a new company with my family members as partners. Pls suggest me as to whether i should start a llP, partnership or a private ltd co. Pls provide detailed info on set backs in each type & plus points. A provide the same at the earliest

Prithvi Raj Kapoor advised his elder son Raj Kapoor to start from bottom and reach at top. So this principle worked.
Please start as Prop. then Partnership and then Private Limited Co.
In case of Private Limited company compliances with Govt are more as compared to Prop.
Too many successful businessmen of India has started their business life from bottom.
Now you are master of your own way.
