I have searched about it.. and also communicating with NZICA customer service but I am not getting any clear picture. It seems really complicated.

I have lost/missing a cheque dt. 22.07.2015 blank cheque only sign the cheque but no date and no amount and no name of any other was fill and i have given the application in my bank for lost/missing my cheque and my bank stop the cheque as reason " Lost by cheque by drawer" but some boddy got the cheque and date fill in cheque dt. 19.11.2015 and dishonered the cheque and file the case u/s 138 of NI Act than what can i do.

hello experts ! im a member of ICAI from 2013 (not holding cop) .i will be applying for cop in next week . i wish to know how many cpe hrs i have to collect for the block of 3 years ending 31.12.2016. if it's proportionate then is it 30 hrs out of which 20 should be SLA.? for 2015 and 2014 i have collected cpe as per rules applicable to non cop member.
