03 August 2016 1 Register with E filing site.
2 Login to E filing site and Go to E file ->prepare and submit (other than ITR) and select Form 15 CB from the drop down.
3 Fill and submit the form with digital signature.

04 August 2016 Tax payer must add CA.
1 Login to E filing site and add CA.
2 Select 15CB form and submit.
Once CA is added CA can file Form 15CB on behalf of client.
CA has to register in the E filing site.
