Dear Chirag, you may obtain a duplicate copy of re-import shipping bill from Customs Authorities or Bank in lieu of original. You have to give Self-declaration about loss of re-import shipping bill along with and an undertaking to surrender it to the customs or the bank immediately. More over you are required to give a Self-declaration to the effect that you would indemnify the Government for financial loss if any on account of loss against re-import Shipping Bill.
