While sanctioning the home loan to the person(proprietary business) which one is going to considered by banks in IT returns. I mean turnover or netprofit or taxpayable....

Every FIs have their own credit appraisal norms like business prospects, Instalment to Income ratio, bank transactions, etc.. Net profit or Cash profit to certain extent will decide the repayment capacity and the loan eligibility will depend there on.
