Opening of accounting and tax consultancy service

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a CA Inter and articleship completed student and pursuing CA Final.
I am interested in opening an accounting and tax consultancy service (sole proprietorship) and I also have the adequate knowledge and resources for the same.
My query is, whether I am compulsorily required to register my service under Shops and establishment act or any other act.

U like Professional Registration Certificate apply STP (for Sales tax ) .
