plz tell me training procedure at IPC level. training period

I submitted my registration form online now it is showing me an application form and asking me to take print and then submit to Icai office..I really don't know in which office I have to submit the form

I have applied for Membership certificate on 01/08/2016. I have not yet received membership certificate but got my membership no.
So can I apply for COP & that the same time for approval of firm name?
Also I have western registration but I want to do practice in Rajasthan, In that case whats the whole procedure?

I am a qualified cost accountant { just recently qualified } .and my query is that i have recently seen a notification that requirement of cost accountant .

Notification given as Graduation with Associate member of Institute of cost accountants of India.
So i want to know that whether graduation is compulsary for appling this job or not? Because i didn't have degree .i am persuing graduation and i am in final year.
now i need to know that whether graduation is mandatory for apppling this job.
plz advice me as early as possible . urgent help required.

When I affix the DSC in the form, i am getting error as "DSC not registered as Professional on MCA portal"
But i have already registered my DSC in the MCA portal. Again i tried to registere, it says DSC already registered.

Could anyone help me out on this issue.
