How to get rid of chronic frustration?
Many times I get so much frustrated that I feel to break everything.
I do not able to properly sleep at night & to concentrate on my work.

i am gettting trained in the same city in which my college exists.. and i am in b com 3rd year whose exam is due in march 2013.

So Which General Insurance Company provides such facility?
Is any Special policies provided for Financial Institution for security of their customer?
