for pre-closure of home loans my home loan fianceing co asking 3% ON BALANCE PRINCIPLE AMOUNT.
i paid 14 EMI AS ON DATE.

Yes, for the pre-closure of term loan there is pre-closure charges. And these charges are different from one company or bank to another company or bank based on their regulations and terms & Conditions. So you have to pay such charges and then close the loan.
