If a company only involved in export of services, do IEC registration mandatory?

What action can be / has been taken against Chartered Accountant in Practice, whose cheque has returned due to either Low Funds or Stop payment.

Also, where to check all action taken by ICAI against its members for Professional misconduct.

I have cleared CA final Exam in this attempt,I am sitting in ICAI campus february-march 2013,I want to know:-

1) Whether there is reservation for physically handicapped person?
2) If yes,then whether reservation for physically handicapped is in both
i.e. private & government sector?
3)While filling form if we choose category as Physically Handicapped,and if there is no reservation for it,then whether company will shortlist in general category if others things are fine?

I am going to write my CA Final Exams (Both Groups ) in May 2013,
I had a confusion about One subject i.e Corporate & Allied Laws, Can anybody suggest me which book should I prefer, wich is enough for my exams besides I wanted to do minimum 2 or 3 revisions before Examinations,so that anybody can suggest me best book.

My Own Plan for preparation is One Practice Mannual and 2 recent Past RTPs and Last 6 attmpt suggested Answers.Wether my planing is sufficent to meet the exam requiremnt.Pls suggest me.

Hence the board has decided to obtain centralized registration under the service tax act at Bangalore office.The company having the Head Office in cochine and Branch officein bangalore.and they want to register under service taxas centralised registration.Now for the centralised registration i want a format of Board resolution.please can you send the format of Board Resolution for centralised registration?
