What action can be / has been taken against Chartered Accountant in Practice, whose cheque has returned due to either Low Funds or Stop payment.
Also, where to check all action taken by ICAI against its members for Professional misconduct.

The payee can represent the cheque with prior intimation to Chartered Accountant stating the cheque returned unpaid due to insufficient of funds or other reasons.

First you have to fix what services were rendered by the CA against the issue of the cheque. In my opinion this is the case of Section 138 of negotiable instrument act and hence no professional misconduct.
