I am facilitating import of metal scrap from Europe for a few buyers in India and on there behalf done negotiations regarding mode of payment with the supplier.Our buyers want to be safe and so we have negotiated on terms where we have to transfer funds only after we inspect the product at destination port.The supplier is accepting payment only through SBLC or Bank Guarantee but not through a regular L/C.This was a bit strange and so we inquired and got to know that even through partial fulfillment of documentation the supplier can get the funds transferred in case of SBLC.As there are a lot of cases of importers getting duped in international trade paying for the actual product and getting substandard product afterwards.So please advice regarding the safest payment way & in our case we should go for a SBLC or Bank Guarantee.

recently i have discovered that he has made digital signature of of father for the purpose of filing return.

Neither my fater nor i knows what this is to which he says it is compulsory to get digital signature.

all the password and everything of digital signature my father cousin has it.

WHAT IS THIS DIGITAL SIGNATURE ??
AND CAN HE MISUSE THIS DIGITAL SIGNATURE TO TRANSFER MY FATHERS HOUSE PROPERTY AND BUSINESS IN HIS OWN NAME?????????

please send me the format of board resolution of companies for the purpose of service tax registration in case of centralised registration.

a newly formed pvt. co. was not having a bank a/c, it wants to pay each director rs.25000 in cash per month, can it do so by giving the amount in two times like once 10000 and on another date 15000. so that that law of not paying for a expense more than 20000 in cash does'nt gets voilated.

My friends said to go for revsluation and some said to go for reverification...
What is paper reverification and revaluation ???? Are they same ???

A Trust wants to construct a Community Hall, for which the members have declared the Donation. However the donation will not be paid at once but it will be paid in Installments .Meanwhile the Trust needs to make the payment to the Builder,for which Trust wants to take unsecured loan without interest from members or from Outsiders . The loan will be repaid out of the donation received later on .
Please guide us whether trust can take loan without permission from the Charity Commissioner or if permission required, then please let us know the procedural requirements for taking the Loan as per Bombay Public Trust Act,1950?
