plz tell me difference between cooperative credit society and a cooperative bank. i want to write notes on cooperative credit societies.

Friends, i am going to appear for ca final in May 2013 exams, can anybody tell me which book should i refer for final S.F.M to score good marks. I am really struggling in that subject. the book should be simple & helpful for self study.

A Trust wants to construct a Community Hall, for which the members have declared the Donation. However the donation will not be paid at once but it will be paid in Installments .Meanwhile the Trust needs to make the payment to the Builder,for which Trust wants to take unsecured loan without interest from members or from Outsiders . The loan will be repaid out of the donation received later on .
Please guide us whether trust can take loan without permission from the Charity Commissioner or if permission required, then please let us know the procedural requirements for taking the Loan as per Bombay Public Trust Act,1950?

I registered as a member(without COP) in August 2012, but according to CPE norms 45 hours should be completed in block of 2011-2013, so my question is whether i have to complete my 45 hours up to 2013 or i will get 3 years from the date of registration?

I have applied for my client pan card in DECEMBER 2012 and according to nsdl website it card has dispatched on 25.12.2012 but still(23.01.2013) I didn't get my clientpan card .I have also went to my post office for enquiry but they people are saying still we didn't get your pan card by speed post mumbai .Now i need my pan card.I am giving some information regarding pan card whatever i got from website ..I HAVE PAN NO. BUT NO PAN CARD.
