MY CLIENT HAS INCORPORATED A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY AS ON 23.03.2010 AND HAS NO BUSINESS TRANSACTION DURING PERIOD 01.04.2010 TO 31.03.2011 DO I NEED TO FILE ROC ANNUAL RETURN FOR THAT PERIOD
REGARDS.
