What is the exact definition of Agent and distributor
and what is the difference and
whatis their business relationship with a company in India.

28 January 2013 Agent do not own the goods and he gain the benefits by way of commision whereas the distributor own the goods, bears the risk ,have its own descretion for sale and in turn earn profit by way of margin.
