1)Mr.X purchase new car Rs.150000/-(Buy dt.30/09/2012) in replacement of old car which value as per balance sheet is Rs.25000/- (buy dt.02/04/2007) but received replacement amount 35000/-. I want to know that his old car is liable to capital gain & also for depreciation ??

The issues which i am facing is
- I am a CA final student it took me 6 attempts to clear my PCC but still it is not the problem. the problem is i don't know what to do. I know that I need to study but i dont.
I did complete my article ship but haven't got proper exposure so i am not that good with my practical knowledge and whenever i get this thought i think how will i get a job if i dont have knowledge. As in campus interview they check your knowledge.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
One of our client which is Pvt ltd company dealing in confectionary business, in which major amount which need to be invest as a capital procure from out of india (all this through automatic route) by NRI (Resident of Russia)
But while readout the Master Circular issued by RBI in regard to FDI amended upto 12/Feb/2013 we came to know that there is no discussion of confectionary business.
How can we dealt the same?
Do anyone know the proper procedure? Whether this amount repatriable or not?
That NRI became shareholder in our company.

we had Incorporated a Pvt. Ltd. firm in Nov. 2011 with 3 Directors with Equal Shares between the directors.
in May. 2012 we had clashes between the directors and i left the operations with out taking the share and gave the resignation letter from the board of directors but the other directors didn't accept my resignation and in sep. 2012 they have filled some IT returns in MCA21. and i dont have acces to those documents nor they have informed me about the IT returns filling.
How can i get those return copies so that i can fill my personal returns this year?
