Fdi automatic route on confectionary business

23 February 2013 Dear Sir/Ma'am,
One of our client which is Pvt ltd company dealing in confectionary business, in which major amount which need to be invest as a capital procure from out of india (all this through automatic route) by NRI (Resident of Russia)
But while readout the Master Circular issued by RBI in regard to FDI amended upto 12/Feb/2013 we came to know that there is no discussion of confectionary business.
How can we dealt the same?
Do anyone know the proper procedure? Whether this amount repatriable or not?
That NRI became shareholder in our company.
Its an Urgent.
Pls revert back.

I have few questions:-
1. Whether Indian Co. is manufacturing or trading?
2. Whether the investment by NRI is on repatriation or non -repatriation basis.
